About This Free Application

We started with an idea to make scoring a baseball game a fun and easy process. We all had experience trying to find someone to "keep the book" and it usually fell upon the mom or dad who knew how to score games using the tried and true process that hasn't changed in a hundred years. But we also felt the process was sadly outdated and the infusion of smartphones, tablets and laptops was a perfect piece of technology to bring scoring to the 21st century. We didn't want to just make an electronic version of the same process, we wanted more, and felt if we made scoring fun and easy, more people would want to do it. In addition we noticed video games were becoming more and more real every year, but they were only used to depict fantasy. Sports related video games were particuallarly realistic but they too were fantasy based. But what if high quality 3D animations were used to show actual games. Kids could play in a baseball or softball game, and go home and watch themselves inside a video game. Parents who couldn't be at the game could see a animated rendering of every play from any web connected device. Televison or radio were never going to broadcaste kids games with a fan base of 50 or 100, and hand held video doesn't provide any of the score sheets, charts, or box scores needed by every team. We felt there had to be a better answer, and we created EyezOnBaseball to solve this issue.
